My Approach

How I Work With Clients

Together we will examine your personal history, the context of your struggles and look for patterns which may be stumbling blocks for moving forward.

I work collaboratively with clients to understand the underlying dynamics that create uncomfortable or destructive patterns in their lives. Rather than just managing symptoms, we dig deeper to create real, lasting change. My approach draws from psychodynamic and interpersonal therapy, along with Family Systems, Gestalt, and CBT techniques to help you examine your history, context, and effective strategies for moving forward.
